This Agreement provides the general terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use") applicable to the broker services (the "Services") offered by IABM through this website https://theiabm.org/stock- exchange/ (the "Site"). IABM provides these Services for the benefit of its members (“Members”) and users from the public at large who may register an account for the purposes of accessing the Services (“Users”) and grants access to the Services on the Site subject to these Terms of Use. The Services are described in more detail below.
