This Amendment is made and entered into this 1st day of August, 2023, between AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, by and through the Augusta-Richmond County Commission, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (hereinafter “Augusta”), and Inframark, LLC d/b/a ESG Operations (hereinafter “ESG”). This is to amend Amendment No. 10 (dated December 19, 2022) to the Agreement dated the 16th day of December 2009, between Augusta and ESG.
