This Unified Pilot Research Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Copado Solutions, S.L., a Spanish corporation with its principal place of business at Calle Valle De Toranzo, 1-B BJ C 28023, MADRID Spain. (“Copado”) and the party named above (“Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the later of the dates beneath the parties’ signatures below (the “Effective Date”) and governs the Customer’s participation in all pilots testing and developing the Covered Services, as defined below.
