This Agreement, including Amendment No. 1 (TRO Amendment) hereto (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of June 2, 2004 (the “Effective Date”), between Crocker Telecommunications, LLC (“Crocker”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with offices at 1 Federal Street, Building 102-2, Springfield, MA 01105 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Crocker may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
