This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between [insert name of public school district or charter school] (the “District”) and Police Department (the “Police Department”) (collectively, the “Parties”). The Chief of Police of the Police Department (the “Chief”) and the Superintendent of the District [or, in the case of charter schools: the head of the school] (“the Superintendent”) are each a signatory to this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement in bold typeface are specifically required by law under G.L. c. 71, § 37P.
