● The Company proposes to undertake an initial public offering of equity shares of face value ₹ 1 each (“Equity Shares”) aggregating upto Rs 4499 Cr of the Company by way of fresh issue of Equity Shares by the Company (“Fresh Issue”), and an offer for sale of Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders (“Offer for Sale”), in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 along with the relevant rules framed thereunder (“Companies Act”), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”), each as amended and other applicable law (the Fresh Issue and Offer for Sale together, the “Offer/ Issue).
