(the “Supplier”) and the Client agree to enter into this Agreement (as defined below) for the supply of services in accordance with this Services Specification and the Terms and Conditions attached (together the "Agreement"). In this Agreement, capitalised words and phrases shall have the meanings set out opposite them in the Services Specification below and as set out in Schedule 1 (Definitions) to the Terms and Conditions.
