This Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 8th day of July, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Collinsville (the “Association”), a federally-chartered institution with its principal offices at 100 East Clay Street, Collinsville, Illinois 62234, and Ronnie R. Shambaugh (“Executive”). When used in this Agreement any reference to the “Company” shall refer to Best Hometown Bancorp, Inc.
