This End User License Agreement (“License” or “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Graham Bradley dba A+ (“A+”) and you (“Licensee”). This Agreement governs the terms of use of the Font Software and any media, documentation, updates, artwork, and any other services associated with the product now or in the future. By purchasing, downloading, or installing the Font Software, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you are purchasing this License on behalf of another entity, such as your employer, the terms and conditions herein apply to that entity as well as to you, and you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to the terms of this License. If you do not wish to enter into this Agreement, do not purchase, download, install, or use the Font Software.
