The original scope of work for engineering services, as contracted in July 2001, included surveying, design, preparation of plans, writing general notes, special provisions and special specifications, computing quantities and estimating costs for the widening and reconstruction of FM2551 from FM544 to Parker Road, including the bridge structure at Maxwell Creek. A supplemental agreement was approved in 2006 due to the three (3)-year suspension of the project as a result of the pending approval of Environmental Documents.
