This EULA is a legal agreement between you, the end user (either an individual person or a single legal entity, referred to as “You” or “Your”), and Dirac Research AB, a Swedish limited company, having its registered office at Stationsgatan 23-25, 753 40, Uppsala, Sweden ("Dirac") for the Software identified above including any associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation. The Software includes any software updates or upgrades, add-on components, web services and/or supplements that Dirac may provide or make available directly or indirectly to You after the date You obtain Your initial copy of the same, to the extent that such items are not accompanied by a separate license agreement or terms of use.
