This data processing agreement (the “Data Processing Agreement” or “DPA”), as applicable, is an Addendum to and shall form part of the applicable License Agreement previously entered into by and between you (“Customer”) and Adobe. If the parties previously entered into a data processing agreement for Adobe Cloud Services, this Data Processing Agreement shall now supersede the foregoing.
