Eaton Corporation (“EATON”) owns and operates the Eaton Asset Manager mobile application software (“Mobile Application”). The following Eaton Asset Manager End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of this Mobile Application. Other mobile applications, sites, content or online services owned or controlled by Eaton have their own terms of use/end- user license agreement and should be reviewed. Eaton licenses the use of the Mobile Application to you subject to the terms of this Agreement. The following Privacy Policy also applies to your use of the Mobile Application, Eaton Asset Manager.
