This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Everbridge Europe Limited (registered number 03621410) whose registered office is at 6 De Grey SQ, De Grey Road, Colchester, Essex CO4 5YQ, United Kingdom (“Everbridge”), and the client (“Client”) identified on the Quote (as defined below), effective on the date of Client’s signature on the Quote (“Effective Date”). Everbridge and Client are each sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
