This form must be submitted to the Graduate Research Seminar (ECO 4060) instructors by Feb 14, the date of the last class before reading week. The signatures indicate that the student and faculty member have agreed to work together on the second-year paper, and that both are aware of the requirements and deadlines (available on the 4060 web site). You should meet regularly with your supervisor but, at a minimum, the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) requires that you meet with your supervisor in person at least three times by 1 September of your second year in ECO 4060. To meet this requirement, you and your supervisor are advised to keep track of the dates of your meetings.
