Article 1Scope and Purpose Section 1.1 Scope: 1.1.1.1 The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to all full time employees of the Fire Department under the jurisdiction of the Chief of the Fire Department, and the two(2) Deputy Chiefs save and except the administrative support staff.
