In consideration of CHANGJIANG FUTURES (HK) LIMITED (the “CJF HK”) of Suite 1908, 19/F., Cosco Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong (a Licensed Corporation (CE No. AYK752) licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission in respect of carrying on the regulated activities of dealing in futures contracts) agreeing to allow the Client identified in the Client Information Statement to open one or more accounts with the CJF HK and providing services to the Client in connection with futures trading, the Client HEREBY AGREES that all Transactions executed by the CJF HK for any Account shall be subject to the Client Futures Trading Agreement as amended from time to time and notified to the Client.
