STUDY ABROAD AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF OTAGO, NEW ZEALAND ANDStudy Abroad Agreement • September 3rd, 2024
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions for students to participate in the University of Otago's Study Abroad Programme, whereby the University of Otago provides educational services to undergraduate students nominated by the University of New Mexico. This Agreement will commence from the date of signing, and supersedes any previous agreement. This Agreement remains in force for five (5) years from signing, after which time either party may withdraw from the agreement as set out in Clause C of this Agreement.
