Welcome to poweredbylouise.com, which is operated by Louise Giving Technologies, LLC (“Louise,” “the Company” “we,” “us” or “our”). This License and Services Agreement and Terms of Use (this “Agreement” or “Terms”) sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of any Louise website(s), products and services including but not limited to our philanthropic activity platform (the “Site”) that allows you (“Customer,” “you” or “your”) to open a Donor Advised Fund, research, model and analyze potential investment strategies, find and grant to charities using certain data and information tools, features, and services provided by Louise and its agents, third-party vendors’ or licensors’ (“Third Party Service Providers”) on or through our platform (collectively, the “Services”), in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In addition, and as set forth further below, if you choose to use certain Services on Louise, you not only agree to Louise's Terms, but also to the Terms
