HAVING heard Ms T Leslie and with her Mr S Gregory on behalf of The Minister for Health incorporated as the Board of the hospitals formerly comprised in the Metropolitan Health Services Board, under s 7 of the Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927 (WA) and Mr P Jennings on behalf of the Australian Medical Association (Western Australia) Incorporated, and by consent, the Public Service Arbitrator, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979, hereby orders:
