Agreement: This Agreement is made this 1st day of November, 1999, (the “Effective Date”), by and between The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (the “City”), and ASA Solutions, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the law of the State of Arizona and authorized to do business in the State of Washington (the “Contractor”). The Contractor agrees to provide on an as-needed basis Application Development Services for the City’s Periphonics Interactive Voice Response System, including and not limited to application design, application flow, programming, voice recording, installation, testing building interfaces, documentation, support and maintenance.
