The general purpose of this Agreement is to define the mutually agreed hours, wages and conditions and other employment conditions as set out herein between the Employer and the employees employed within the Bargaining Unit described in Article of this Agreement; to secure prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to promote good and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the employees employed in the said Unit, and Union.
