These Terms of Service, together with any applicable Service Descriptions (as defined in Section 1.1) and Orders (as defined in Section 1.2 below) and other attachment attached hereto or otherwise made a part of these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Agreement”) is entered between The SEO Tech FZ LLE, LLC (“The SEO Tech FZ LLE”) and the party entering into an Order with The SEO Tech FZ LLE (“Customer”) as may be identified in this Agreement (each a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”) as of the Customer’s service activation date (“Effective Date”). The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a framework governing Customer’s purchase of services from The SEO Tech FZ LLE pursuant to one or more Orders (the “Services”). The SEO Tech FZ LLE rejects any terms and conditions contained in Customer's forms that are additional to or different from those set forth in The SEO Tech FZ LLE’s Order, Services Descriptions, or in these Terms of Service.
