(“NHA”) for certain software referred to in Exhibit A (“Software”) and licensed by NHA to the customer or other entity named on the signature page or Exhibit A hereof (the “Customer”) for use on automatic teller machines and other equipment (“Equipment”) purchased or leased by Customer from NHA directly or from an NHA authorized distributor or other NHA authorized value added reseller of NHA products.
