This agreement is between the employer of record and the employee listed below. When overtime occurs the employee will be paid an overtime rate based on the rate for the service provided. The employee is paid at a different rate of pay for different services provided to the member. If the service changes during the overtime hours the rate will adjust to the new service rate. The employee will be paid an overtime rate of time and a half.
