The City of San Antonio will provide (Business Name @ Business Address) One (1) bike rack to be located at . This bike rack will be granted under the auspices of a temporary and revocable agreement. The City of San Antonio will retain ownership of the bike rack for a period of 3 years from the date of signature of this Maintenance Agreement. After this period, the property owner will retain ownership of the bike rack. The tenants at the above property and the owner of said property are entering this agreement with the City of San Antonio Office of Sustainability.
