These Terms of Use (“Agreement” or “Terms of Use ”) are a legally binding agreement between you (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) and SpringRole, Inc. (“Springrole,” “we,” “us,” “our”). You acknowledge and agree that your use of SpringVerify (the “Platform,” or “SpringVerify”) or any of our products and services (collectively “Services”) through our website at www.springverify.com (the “Website”) or otherwise bought will be governed by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any related terms. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them under our Privacy Policy .
