Ordinance NO. O: 2017 - 044: A self-hauler (contractors, commercial haulers, industrial waste haulers, etc) may apply and set up an account with the City of Del Rio Utility Billing Department for hauling and disposing of garbage at the landfill. Applicant for self-haul service shall deposit with the City of Del Rio a sum of $200.00, as security for the payment of charges on self-haul account.
