IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) governs the relationship between AirGon LLC (“AirGon”), a wholly owned subsidiary of GeoCue Group, Inc., and the individuals, businesses, and organizations that install or use the Software (defined below). The installers and users of the Software will be referred to as “Licensee”, “You”, “you”, “your” or “YOU.” YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, THEN DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
