In exercising the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee/Bank under the Facility Agreement (Consumer Banking), Deed of Assignment (Property) and Power of Attorney (Property) all dated 26th day of August, 2014 entered into between the Assignee/Bank and the Assignor/Borrower in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Seri Mutiara Development Sdn. Bhd. (“The Vendor”) and Zaharudin Bin Mohd Yunus (“The Purchaser”) dated 15th day of July, 2014 it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer :-
