As a City National Bank colleague, if you are eligible for vacation benefits, your vacation allowance will accrue in hourly increments each payroll period. The amount of vacation allowance is based upon your continuous years of service with the Bank (based on the most recent hire date) and bank title, i.e., Corporate or Non-Corporate.
