These End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the agreement between Luware AG including all its worldwide Affiliates (‘Luware’) and the End- User (including all its worldwide affiliates) (“Customer”) of Luware software products or, if applicable, third party software products licensed by Luware (“Software”).This EULA shall be valid from the date of signature of a valid purchase order or a signed offer (‘Order’) regarding the licensing of Software.
