This agreement is made and entered into on this day of , 2023 by and between the City of Walla Walla (Walla Walla) and the City of College Place (College Place) also referred to as the “Parties” to share costs to determine an equitable rate to charge College Place for Walla Walla to accept treated wastewater effluent from College Place at the City of Walla Walla’s wastewater treatment plant. The Parties agree to utilize the services of FCS Group for the Project at a total cost of $46,600.
