THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, hereinafter called the "Agreement” or “Lease”, is made and entered into as of the day of September, 2023, by and, between the TOWN OF PALMER LAKE, COLORADO, hereinafter “Town”, a Colorado statutory municipality and EcoSpa, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, hereinafter “EcoSpa.”
