LICENCE AGREEMENT This Licence Agreement is made on the day of 20 between the Housing & Development Board, a body corporate incorporated under the Housing & Development Act and having its registered office at HDB Hub 480 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, Singapore 310480 (hereinafter called the “HDB”) of the one part and (registration no. ), a company incorporated in Singapore and having its registered office at (hereinafter called (the “Licensee”) of the other part.
