This Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Electric Power Board of said Government and operating under the service name of Nashville Electric Service (“NES” or “Distributor”), and (“Participant”) (collectively, the “Parties”). Participant will design and construct one or more Power Production Facilities and all related interconnection equipment as a source of power and energy (the “Qualifying System”) on Participant’s property, which is located at:
