This non-exclusive UNLIMITED LICENSE AGREEMENT is made on and effective as from DATE OF PAYMENT (the "Effective Date" as per paragraph 6e of this agreement) by and between the PURCHASER (hereafter referred to as the "Licensee"), and Niels van Gulik ("Producer", hereafter referred to as the "Licensor"). Licensor warrants that it controls the mechanical rights in and to the copyrighted musical work purchased and paid for (the "Beat") as of and prior to the date first written above. The Beat, including the music thereof, was composed by Niels van Gulik, who is professionally known as NVG.
