This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and IAB Technology Laboratory, Inc. (“Tech Lab” or “we”). This EULA specifies the terms under which you may access and use the data sets compiled and managed by Tech Lab in its Transparency Center (the “Data Sets”). A particular Data Set may have certain additional or different terms set forth in a schedule (each, a “Schedule”), which are contained at https://iabtechlab.com/software/transparency-center/data-schedules/ and hereby incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict between the terms set forth in the body of this EULA and a Schedule, the terms set forth in the Schedule shall govern with respect to the applicable Data Set.
