This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”) (either as an individual or a business entity) and MixMode, Inc. (“MixMode”). By clicking “I accept” or installing or using MixMode software or documentation (the “Product”), you agree to be bound to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is applicable to the end user of the product whether they purchase directly from MixMode. from an Authorized Reseller, from a Managed Security Services Provider (“MSSP”) or if this is a trial of MixMode’s products. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, copy, access, or use the Product.
