This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into to be effective the 13th day of June, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between (i) TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd., a Bermuda corporation with its registered office at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), and (ii) Viking Petrol Sahasi Hizmetleri A.S., a Turkish joint stock company, commonly referred to as Viking Oilfield Services, with an address of Nispetiye Cad. Akmerkez B Blok K:5 Etiler-Besiktas/IST ( “Contractor”). Company and Contractor may sometimes individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
