Wayne, IN 46804 (Verizon and iNetworks may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).

(“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and iNetworks may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
