JOINT ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS (this “Agreement”) is made as of April , 2015, by and between SIMA Rancho Conejo, L.L.C., a California limited liability company (“Seller”) and the CONEJO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Buyer”). Buyer and Seller are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall also constitute the joint escrow instructions of the Parties to Escrow Holder, defined herein.
