Each duty, obligation, representation, warranty, covenant, and agreement of Lessee under this Lease, or any document, exhibit, schedule, rider, or other instrument incorporated herein by reference, is made jointly and severally by each party comprising Lessee, and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
