This benefits both The Agent and The Landlord by setting out where we stand at the beginning of our relationship and should avoid any misunderstandings or uncertainty in the future. It is therefore important that you read this Agreement carefully. If you do not fully understand this Agreement you should seek independent legal advice. You will be bound by this Agreement as soon as you sign and return it to The Agent. The letting and / or management of your property may not proceed until this document has been signed, dated and returned to The Agent. For the avoidance of doubt we shall assume, in absence of your returning a copy of this document, that your continuing instructions confirm acceptance of the terms set out below. The decision to proceed will be at the sole discretion of The Agent.
