(“MegaEasy”) and the customer identified below (“Customer”). This Agreement shall be effective upon the date accepted by MegaEasy, as evidenced by MegaEasy’s receipt of an executed unmodified Agreement. This Agreement cannot be deferred or post dated for a later start date under any circumstances.
