These terms and conditions shall become part of the Subscription Online Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) that is concluded between GLMX Technologies, LLC (“GLMX”) as specified in the imprint of this or on GLMX`s website and/or in the Agreement, and your company (the “Subscriber”) as specified in the Agreement, or in case the Agreement is concluded by implicit acts or otherwise, the natural or legal person, agency or other body that is our contractual partner, but only in case processing of personal data is part of or essential to the Agreement and if data subjects that are subject to processing are based in the EU, EEA or UK or otherwise protected under GDPR or UK-GDPR. Based on the individual business relationship between Subscribers and GLMX, (1) Exhibit D: “EU Standard Contractual Clauses,” and/or (2) Exhibit E: “UK SCCs ADDENDUM” will automatically apply.
