GLOBAL AGENCY AGREEMENT, dated as of July 26, 2013 (as amended, modified and supplemented from time to time, the “Agreement”), between FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION ("Freddie Mac"), as issuer, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States of America, as agent, registrar, authenticating agent, calculation agent, paying agent and transfer agent (collectively, the “Global Agent”), in connection with the Freddie Mac Structured Agency Credit Risk (STACR) Debt Notes, Series 2013-DN1 (the “Notes”). All Exhibits attached hereto are made a part hereof as if their full text were set forth and incorporated herein as part of this Agreement.
