This Annex shall be for the purpose of NASA KSC providing per-circuit operation, network access, and communication support to Blue Origin’s facilities at Complex 36 from the Hangar AE complex utilizing excess Government resources. The services include but are not limited to; per-circuit operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoral costs, circuit activations, and consulting support. A more detailed list of the services that may be provided by NASA is below.
