Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, since these constitute an agreement between the Bank and you, setting out rights and obligations in context of your use of the MCB Internet Banking Services. A Customer who avails the said Services shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement:  Replaces all earlier terms and conditions relating to MCB Internet Banking Service (if any) to the extent that the same are modified / revised hereunder; Is in addition to all other terms and conditions that apply to your Eligible Account(s), therefore, if there is a conflict between the said terms and conditions and those contained herein, then the terms and conditions of this Agreement will prevail to the extent of the Service only.
