This Agreement shall apply at PLASSER AUSTRALIA PTY.LTD., 2 Plasser Cres., St. Marys NSW 2760 to all employees of the company who, as at the date this Agreement is made, were covered by the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 β Parts I, II and V, insofar as those provisions relate to the parties referred to in Clause 4 - PARTIES BOUND - of this Agreement.
